Room for 50 suppliers and 50 guests
Up to 10 budget categories, 30 timeline milestones, and a checklist with 50 starter tasks plus room for your own.
How it works
- 1. Setup: add your names, wedding date, venue and guest number target.
- 2. Budget: type your categories and planned amounts. Spent fills in from Suppliers.
- 3. Suppliers: add who you've booked, the total cost, what you've paid and the next payment date. Set Type to one of your Budget categories so the payment is counted there. Payments due within 14 days, or overdue, are flagged for you.
- 4. Guests, Timeline, Checklist: one guest per row, your big milestones, and 50 starter tasks to tick off.
- 5. Home: see budget remaining, what's not yet promised to suppliers, spending, payments due, days to go, guests, checklist progress and your next 3 actions on one screen.
The planner opens with a sample couple so you can see it working, then you type over it with your own details. Yellow cells are for typing, and green cells work themselves out. It's one file for both apps. In the Excel file, the sheets are lightly protected so formulas don't get overwritten by accident, and there's no password to unprotect them. Google Sheets doesn't keep that protection, but every formula still works.

Either. It's one file (not separate versions). Works in Excel or Google Sheets. To plan together, keep one shared copy (for example in Google Sheets). In Excel, if it opens in Protected View, click Enable Editing. It doesn't work in Apple Numbers.
