1. Product type

HustlePilot sells digital products: downloadable bot installer packages built for the OpenClaw framework. No physical goods are shipped.

2. No refunds on digital downloads

All sales are final once digital delivery has occurred. Because installers are delivered instantly as digital goods, HustlePilot does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.

3. Local execution and user responsibility

Bots run locally in your own environment. You are responsible for configuration, monitoring, outputs, and all actions taken using your bot. HustlePilot is not liable for business decisions, outreach, financial actions, or operational outcomes resulting from bot use.

4. Third-party dependencies

HustlePilot packages are built on OpenClaw and may integrate with external platforms (including AI providers and Telegram). HustlePilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party services.

5. AI API and subscription costs

You are fully responsible for all model/API usage costs, subscriptions, hosting fees, and related third-party charges incurred while running your bots.

6. No warranty on outputs

Bot outputs are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or performance. You must verify outputs before taking action.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HustlePilot installers for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity, including spam or unauthorized data collection.
